If there are any issues with your order please contact us within 14 days of receipt. 

All products are produced to order so we don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However if your order meets any of the criteria below;

• Wrong style, size, or color from what was ordered,
• Damaged item(s) due to poor packaging/during shipping,

please submit your evidence along with your claim to shop@viknyc.com ASAP.

For the fastest resolution, make sure to include photos clearly demonstrating the error mentioned above together with the original shipping label.

After receiving your evidence, if it is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund your order accordingly:

• Replacement: We will send you the correct item at no cost to you.
• Refund: We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days depending on the payment processing speeds of providers and banking channels.

To report lost/stolen mail or Damaged item(s) during shipping, please submit your photo evidence along with your claim to shop@viknyc.com within 14 days of receipt.

After receiving your evidence, if it is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund accordingly.
